Deadlocked (Sookie Stackhouse / Southern Vampire Series #12)

Deadlocked (Sookie Stackhouse / Southern Vampire Series #12) - Started ut a bit slow, but then the last few have for me. Once I got into it, I was good, read it quickly, and liked what was resolved. Getting near the end. Only one book left.It was good to see Sookie happy doing things for herself and more often, those she cares about. And doing those things on her own. You can sense a lot of supernatural fatigue. There is not a lot of Eric here. It's a good thing I'm not a hard-core Eric shipper. That also meant there wasn't much Pam, either. :(I did like Dermot, and Jason has been less and less of an ass.Sookie definitely has an edge and she is getting really good at defending herself. She is still Sookie, though. Just changed after all she's been through.I can't really say I'm sad that the series is ending. I'm glad we're going to get an ending.
